IR35

IR35 can impact you as it is applicable to every business sector in the UK. This page will just reassure you that it’s not an issue in the way that we will be conducting our business with you, giving you peace of mind. There are two elements to make clear, the contract and the relationship –  we have both covered as you can see below.

Control – We control how work is completed through our methods.

Substitution – You can easily substitute us for anybody else freely with a short notice period (if any).

Obligations – There is no obligation for further work on either parties side, once the project is delivered the contract ceases.

Insurance – We have our own.

Not Exclusive – We work with lots of other clients, our success/failure is not reliant on yours.

Employee Benefits – We do not receive any of these. No holiday, vehicles, healthcare etc.

Different Entities – We have our own email addresses, equipment, website, social media, advertising and company number.
