At TEAM PARW we can carry out those much needed roles in the interim, giving you the time to source credible, qualified and suitable candidates.
Due to our wide ranging business acumen we can be adaptable in taking on these roles, meaning you can potentially obtain a short term contract fee and then latterly a permanent placement fee. We are aware it won’t always be applicable to all roles, but it’s a great option and a USP for your business when it is.
Another option is for us to fulfil temporary contracts for any applicable positions that come up. We’re versatile and we can help you to be too.
